Delhi High Court: DRI Has No Jurisdiction to File Writ Against Order of Settlement Commission - (23 May 2017)

Delhi High Court has held that Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has no jurisdiction to file Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India against the order of Settlement Commission.
