Delhi HC Restrains Use of ‘Ilmcampus.com’ for Infringing IILM’s Trade Mark - (19 May 2017)

Delhi High Court has ordered ILM Consulting Pvt Ltd not to use ILM as its trade name and also restrained it from using website with domain name www.ilmcampus.com.
