Kerala High Court: Salary Accounts With Employer’s Official Bank Not Mandatory - (19 May 2017)

Kerala High Court has held that all employees need not have salary accounts with official bank of employer and that official bank can transfer salaries of employees to existing accounts of employees in other banks.
