U.K. Court Rejects Nestle’s Trademark Claims Regarding Kit Kat Bar’s Shape - (18 May 2017)

Court of Appeal in London have stuck two fingers up to Nestle's attempts to trademark the shape of its famous four-fingered KitKat bar.
