ITAT, Bangalore: Payments in Foreign Currency For Travel Etc. Excludable From Export, Total Turnover - (18 May 2017)

ITAT, Bangalore has held that payments made in foreign currency towards foreign travel, telecommunication expenses & ex-pat salary are excludable from both export & total turnover under provisions of Income Tax Act.
