Delhi High Court: Remove Illegal Occupants in Religious Structures - (18 May 2017)

Delhi High Court has refused to grant relief to a man against an anti-encroachment drive in a park around a monument here, observing that "squatters" cannot be allowed in such buildings just because their ancestors also stayed there.
