Delhi High Court: Arbitrator Cannot Lift Corporate Veil - (17 May 2017)

Delhi High Court, while holding that an arbitral tribunal does not have power to lift corporate veil, has observed that mere failure of a corporate entity to meet its contractual obligations is no ground for piercing the corporate veil.
