SC Sets Aside Election of People Party Of Arunachal’s MLA Kameng Dolo - (17 May 2017)

Supreme Court has upheld the declaration of 2014 election of People Party of Arunachal's (PPA) MLA Kameng Dolo as void under Representation of People’s Act, 1951, paving way for fresh elections.
