ITAT, Kolkata: Registration u/s 12A Cannot be Denied to Trust For Collecting Fee From Students - (17 May 2017)

ITAT, Kolkata has held that registration under section 12A of Income Tax Act cannot be denied to a Trust merely on ground it collects fee from the students.
