Delhi HC Says Arrest of French National in Chilean Senator Murder Case was Illegal - (22 Sep 2015)

Delhi High Court has held that arrest of Marie Emmanuelle Verhoeven (56), a French national, in the alleged murder case of a Chilean senator, was illegal. She was arrested even as government started process to extradite her to Chile for her alleged involvement in 1991 assassination.
