Bombay HC: Appoint Nodal Officers to Track Progress in Service of Notices Sent Abroad - (10 May 2017)

Bombay High Court has directed Union of India to appoint nodal officers in Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Law and Justice for purpose of tracking progress made in service of court summons, notices etc., to a foreign country.
