Supreme Court Closes Contempt Proceedings Against Kerala Govt in Senkumar Case - (10 May 2017)

Supreme Court has closed contempt proceedings initiated against Kerala Chief Secretary Nalini Netto for delay in reinstatement of expelled Kerala DGP T P Senkumar after accepting her “unconditional apology”.
