Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal by IRRO in Delhi University Photocopy Case - (09 May 2017)

Supreme Court has dismissed appeal filed by Indian Reprographic Rights Organisation (IRRO) challenging judgment of a Division Bench of Delhi High Court which had refused interim relief in DU Photocopiers case.
