CIC Issues Summon to Secretary to L-G over RTI on Tax Fraud - (22 Sep 2015)

Central Information Commission (CIC) while taking serious view of how an RTI application was handled by Lieutenant Governor secretariat, Information Commissioner M Sridhar Acharyulu, has issued summons to secretary to LG, C L Das, to appear before the commission on October 15.
