Bombay High Court: State Duty Obliged to Provide Adequate Judicial Infrastructure - (09 May 2017)

Bombay High Court has said that State Government is obligated to provide citizens adequate number of courts and infrastructure for them, and that it cannot deny proper infrastructure citing financial constraints.
