Supreme Court: "It’s Time to Deal with Loan Defaulters Sternly" - (09 May 2017)

Supreme Court, while concerned over increasing number of corporate houses and private institutions not paying back loans taken from banks and public bodies, has said that defaulters must be sternly dealt with and strict action taken against them.
