Supreme Court: Include HIV+ Children in 'Disadvantaged Group' for Imparting Free Education - (09 May 2017)

Supreme Court has said that so far, 11 states and one Union territory have issued notification effecting a change in Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 to also include HIV positive kids in "disadvantaged group".
