Bombay HC Passes Landmark Directions on Judicial Infrastructure - (08 May 2017)

Bombay HC has passed directions concerning issues of infrastructure of Civil & Criminal Courts, along with Co-operative Courts, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal and Consumer Fora at State & District levels reminding State of its obligation to provide necessary funding toward Court infrastructure.
