Orissa HC Seeks Clarification from Govt. on Modalities of Evaluation of Potential Civic Bodies - (22 Sep 2015)

Orissa HC has sought clarification from Odisha Govt. on modalities of evaluation of potential civic bodies in State for consideration of Central Government-sponsored ‘Smart City’. The matter came on PIL alleging that millennium city of Cuttack has been left out from list in discriminatory manner.
