Supreme Court Says ‘Compensation’ Recoverable From Accused Even If ‘Default Sentence’ Suffered - (08 May 2017)

Supreme Court has held that compensation ordered by Court would be recoverable even though a default sentence has been suffered in a cheque bounce case.
