Bombay High Court Turns Down Plea to Lift Ban on New Constructions - (05 May 2017)

Bombay High Court has refused to lift its year-old ban on new constructions in city, which was imposed after BMC failed to comply with orders that required it to make its dumping grounds compliant with pollution norms
