Supreme Court Stays Arrest of Contemnor, Orders Psychiatric Examination on Wife’s Plea - (05 May 2017)

Supreme Court has stayed arrest of Dr.Lavit Rawtani, who was sentenced to three months imprisonment by Madhya Pradesh High Court for contempt, while directing `board of doctors’ to conduct a psychiatric evaluation and submit a report before 26th June.
