CIC to Ministry of Law & Justice: Disclose Status of MoP for Judges, Judicial Accountability Bill - (04 May 2017)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has expressed anguish over lack of transparency and accountability in process of appointment of Judges and directed Ministry of Law and Justice to inform an RTI applicant about current status of Judicial Standards and Accountability Bill.
