Supreme Court: Won't Interfere with Bombay High Court Dictum on Law Admission in Maharashtra - (04 May 2017)

Supreme Court has declined to transfer case to itself under Article 139A of Indian Constitution wherein Bombay High Court had held that for admission to law colleges in Maharashtra, consent/approval from Bar Council of India (BCI) was not required.
