Delhi HC Says 'No' to Plea Seeking Order to Restrain MPs, MLAs From Taking Part in Poll Campaigns - (03 May 2017)

Delhi High Court has said that it cannot pass any blanket order on a plea seeking to restrain sitting Members of Parliament and Legislative Assemblies from participating in poll campaigns for their parties.
