Karnataka High Court Says 'No' to Appointment of Deceased's Stepchild - (28 Apr 2017)

Karnataka High Court has ruled that stepchild of a deceased public servant is not eligible for appointment under Karnataka Civil Services (Compassionate Appointment) Rules, 1996.
