Bombay HC Says 'No' to Dismissal of Appeals, Unless Matter Decided on Merits - (28 Apr 2017)

Bombay High Court has held that an Appellate Court cannot dismiss an appeal exercising its jurisdiction under Section 386 of CrPC, unless the matter has been decided on merits.
