SC Asks: Can Manager be Held Guilty for eBay Ads? - (21 Sep 2015)

SC after quashing Section 66A of Information and Technology Act, while deciding petition filed against Sharat Babu Digumarti, senior manager of eBay under Section 292 of IPC for sexually explicit MMS clip uploaded by a registered user, has decided to examine similar protection to web intermediaries.
