Supreme Court on Aadhar, PAN Row: We Cannot Preclude Parliament from Enacting Statutory Provisions - (28 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has put a poser as to why there was no objection from lawmakers on Government's decision to make Aadhaar mandatory for making PAN cards, a move which was given effect by latest Budget from July 1.
