Karnataka High Court: 25% Reservation Applies To Both Entry Levels Under RTE - (26 Apr 2017)

Karnataka High Court has held that reservation to the extent of at least 25 per cent under RTE Act applies to both entry levels, if the school is imparting education at both levels.
