Bombay High Court: Complainant Can’t Pick & Choose Accused As Per Convenience - (25 Apr 2017)

Bombay High Court while refusing to quash an FIR registered u/s 420, 406, 467, 471 and 34 of IPC, has held that complainant cannot pick and choose an accused as per his convenience.
