Supreme Court Seeks Reply from Govt. over Pension for Fast Track Court Judges - (21 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has issued notices and sought responses from Tamil Nadu Government and Registrar of Madras High Court on a plea seeking pensionary benefits for former Fast Track Court (FTC) judges, appointed on ad-hoc basis like other retired judicial officers.
