Supreme Court Declares Transfer of Kerala DGP TP Senkumar 'Arbitrary', Orders Reinstatement - (24 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has directed Kerala Government to reinstate Former Director General of Police T P Senkumar, and said he was transferred from the post “arbitrarily”.
