Allahabad HC: Noida Authority Not a 'Profit-Making Organisation', Should be Considered 'Civic Body' - (24 Apr 2017)

Allahabad High Court ruled that Noida Authority is not a profit-making organisation, hence, it should be considered a civic body and be allowed all benefits of a civic agency.
