Madhya Pradesh HC: Colleges Have 'No Vested Right' to Claim to be Made Examination Centre - (24 Apr 2017)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that “no college has any statutory, fundamental or any vested right to claim that it should be made an examination centre”.
