Supreme Court Says 'No' to Reversal of Decrees For Mis-joinder, Non-joinder of Parties - (24 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has held that no decree can be reversed or substantially varied in appeal or revision on account of misjoinder or non-joinder of parties.
