Supreme Court: Making Aadhaar Mandatory For filing I-T Returns Illegal - (21 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has asked Attorney General (AG) Mukul Rohatgi to justify making Aadhaar mandatory for filing Income Tax returns as it is a complete violation of Court's previous order.
