Gujarat HC Annuls Sardar Patel University's Decision to Cancel Appointments of 1100 Lecturers - (21 Apr 2017)

Gujarat High Court dealt a big blow to internal politics of Sardar Patel University by striking down University's decision to cancel conditional appointments of 1,100 assistant professors.
