Bombay HC Says 'Rape Survivors’ Children are Victims Too' - (21 Apr 2017)

Bombay High Court has said that merely giving compensation to rape survivors is not enough, and efforts should be made by State government to frame a policy for welfare of children born to them as they too are victims.
