Kerala High Court Directs State to Separate 'Crime Investigation' & 'Maintenance of Law & Order' - (21 Apr 2017)

Kerala High Court, taking a note of ‘sad state of affairs’ prevailing in State in matter of crime investigation, has asked Government to take some concrete action to separate crime investigation and maintenance of law and order.
