MP High Court Says 'No' to Writ Jurisdiction to Include or Exclude Any Case in Scheduled Tribes List - (21 Apr 2017)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that Court in a writ jurisdiction cannot direct State to include or exclude any caste in list of Scheduled Tribes published under authority of President of India.
