Government Notifies Provisions Permitting Inbound Merger & Outbound Merger in India - (20 Apr 2017)

Government has notified Section 234 of Companies Act 2013 (2013 Act) which permits cross border mergers with effect from 13 April 2017 paving way for Inbound Merger & Outbound Merger in India.
