Supreme Court Upholds AP High Court Judgment Annulling 'Hereditary Job' Scheme in SCCL - (20 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has upheld Andhra Pradesh High Court judgment which had quashed ‘hereditary jobs’ scheme for Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) employees observing that the scheme is a device to perpetuate succession.
