Madhya Pradesh HC Issues Notices on Centre, State and Oil Marketing Firms over LPG Scam - (21 Sep 2015)

Madhya Pradesh HC has issued notices to Central and State Govt. along with three major oil marketing companies, including Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, over petition alleging multi-crore LPG scam.
