Supreme Court: Speedy Recovery Proceedings Is the Need of the Day - (19 Apr 2017)

SC, while upholding Rule 5 of MP Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2006, which provides for recovery of amount for which award is passed under Section 18(3) of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, has mooted for need of speedy recovery proceedings.
