Punjab and Haryana HC Notice Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh Govt Over 'Caste Column' in FIRs - (18 Apr 2017)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notice to Governments of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh on a PIL that wants the column giving caste details deleted from FIRs and other documents of criminal prosecution.
