Delhi High Court Notices JNU Over Plea Challenging Its Admission Policy - (18 Apr 2017)

Delhi High Court has sought Jawharlal Nehru University’s (JNU) stand on an appeal challenging a single Judge’s order dismissing plea by some students against its new admission policy for 2017-18 based on a 2016 UGC regulation.
