Delhi High Court Rejects Plea Against Delhi Govt. Making Payment to Ram Jethmalani - (18 Apr 2017)

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking to restrain AAP Government from paying Rs 1.22 crore to veteran lawyer Ram Jethmalani for appearing on behalf of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a defamation suit filed against him by Union Minister Arun Jaitley.
