Supreme Court: Prosecution Case Can't Be Negated on Ground That It Was a Case of Group Rivalry - (18 Apr 2017)

Supreme Court has held that when there are eyewitnesses, including injured witness who fully support prosecution case which proved roles of different accused, prosecution case cannot be negated only on ground that it was a case of group rivalry.
