Delhi HC Seeks Report from Govt. on Steps Taken to Ban Diesel Cabs - (21 Sep 2015)

Delhi HC has sought response from Delhi Govt. over PIL seeking removal of all diesel commercial taxis alleging that Govt. and police were “selectively” implementing ban on diesel taxis operating in the city.
